• CEP will serve job seekers using  proven service model, which

is a grassroots approach that engages

persons with different abilities where they are and at their level of need.   

• Individualized Job development approach listening for conditions.

Mission:

To provide persons with disabilities unique skills to volunteer in their community and/or maximize opportunities for gainful employment.

• Understanding available resources leading to employment.
• Involving the Family assess natural skills at home and connecting with the community.
• Community Networking with local businesses to generate awareness of the potential of job seekers.
